You could probably find it in one of the "boring" aisles with all of the cleaning, household items etc. That would be my first guess of place to look anyway. I too have been truly afraid of yeast. I've never tried to make anything breadlike before (other than sweet breads aka banana before but that's about the extent of it. and definitely no yeast there). But if you say it's easy then I'll have to take your word for it. I'd love to make a good homemade pizza dough.
